Cloud Services

When it comes to your digital transformation, the sky’s the limit.

Today businesses are faced with a technology landscape that is rapidly changing.

The ever-present need to embrace and acknowledge technology as a vital fixture in business strategy is reshaping today’s operational and organizational structures. User experience, a remote workforce and the basic need to adapt are driving this transformation and creating a platform where technology is at the base of all planning and decision making.

Today, we are at the forefront of enterprise level digital transformations and have established ourselves as an authority on cloud-based solutions.

Whether your desire is to run all or just a portion of your infrastructure in the cloud, we have the expertise to design revolutionary solutions that integrate a level of unparalleled support with unprecedented performance. From design through installation, and beyond to daily maintenance and scalability planning, ClearPointe is able to deliver optimal performance for the life of your solution.

Cloud Readiness Assessment

ClearPointe’s approach to gauging the readiness of on-premises servers and applications as cloud migration candidates. This analysis provides insight into whether servers are ready to move or if they require changes to operate as an Azure VM. Because Azure is consumption based (as are all cloud platforms), we provide sizing guidance based on actual compute/storage usage vs. provisioned compute/storage. Finally, we map dependencies between on-premises resources so that these dependencies can be migrated together.

Cloud Strategy Services

Primarily a business analysis engagement, the outcome is a map of existing on-premises infrastructure and applications to their cloud equivalent and a migration plan to achieve it. The results of this application mapping may be IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS workloads. Additionally, this serves as a TCO/ROI exercise, and provides a road map for either hybrid or full cloud adoption.

Cloud Governance

This service provides a typically overlooked component to cloud migrations. A governance plan allows enterprises to apply their existing security/compliance/regulatory requirements for all infrastructure to the cloud. Having this in place provides companies with increased confidence that migrated workloads won’t introduce unnecessary risk or exposure.

Workload Migration Services

Once the assessment, strategy and governance are in place, the migration of workloads can begin. In this process, applications and data are migrated in a consistent state, brought up for testing prior to cut over and finalized with minimal business impact.
